A small incremental change in the version number. The description in WIN 10 device manager was SunplusIT V5.08.31 Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher. I chose Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices-> HP Universal Camera Driver (201.2 Rev.A) Oct 13,2020 and installed it.
Pes 6 camera zoom download update#
I manually scrolled down to the very bottom of the Windows version option button and choose the latest WIN 10 update (20H2).Ī list of downloads was displayed. I went to the HP software and driver's portal and logged in the portal correctly identified that my OS was Windows 10 (64 bit). The result was a pass and so I am assuming I do not have a hardware fault. I have used the HP Support Assistant, fixes & diagnostics, run hardware diagnostics, launch (wait), component test, multimedia, web camera test. This did not allow the web camera video to be displayed. Device manager displayed the driver as SunplusIT V5.08.30.
I uninstalled the web camera firmware and deleted it from my device, I then used the optional WIN 10 updates to update the web camera driver. I uninstalled the web camera driver and restarted the device without any success.
If someone could suggest another app, I could use to test my web camera I would be grateful. I assume that Zoom does not recognise my web camera. However, when i join a Zoom session the video settings are not listed in the options accessed via the Zoom control bar carrot (settings). I checked that my Zoom client video settings and found only the HP HD Camera is listed under camera. The small white LED beside the web camera is on and so I assume the web camera module is receiving power. The Foxlink web camera was working fairly recently (3 weeks ago) in Zoom but now does not show any video in the video preview screen when I join a Zoom (V5.4.3) session there is only a black screen in the Zoom window.
